Coopertramo has always adopted a policy of transparency with passengers, especially regarding protocols that involve security. For this reason, due to the pandemic of the new coronavirus that plagues our city and all of Brazil, several measures were adopted to ensure the protection of our customers during their trips.
We inform you that our vehicles are being cleaned even more often than usual. We also have a stock of alcohol gel in the cars for the hygiene of passengers and drivers. Cars will drive with the windows down and the air conditioning off to increase safety, according to the passenger's preference.
In addition, all guidelines of social etiquette of the Ministry of Health are being followed and all of our employees are properly instructed with the recommendations of the competent authorities.
